PLANNING CENTER
Scheduling & signups are handled through the management software "Planning Center" which can be accessed both through a smart-phone app or by visiting https://planningcenteronline.com. For more information, sign ups, or to transfer your existing planning center account from another church to Fairway please contact the church office.

What schedules are within the app?

This app currently has schedules for the following programs at Fairway:

Nursery and Children's Ministry schedules during Sunday School

Nursery and Children's Ministry schedules during Worship

Greeter schedules during Sunday School

Greeter schedules during Worship

Deacon on-call schedules

More schedules will be added as necessary.
If you need to make an urgent change to the schedule please call or text the church office, an elder, OR A DEACON.
How does the app work?

Download and install the app from the link above.

Type in your phone number and password established through Planning Center.

If you don't have a login please establish one.

If you are scheduled for one of the ministries above, you will get a notification from the app with the date, time and name of event.

Within the app you can confirm or decline if you can volunteer for the day you are scheduled.

Please keep in mind that you will get multiple notifications for events planned out two months in advance so you will know when and where you have volunteered your time.

The app has many other advanced features such as vacation/blackout dates and ways to communicate to leaders, but the basic schedule of confirming and declining is simple to use.
